1-2 Day Delivery To Your Home 

Unless Click & Collect is selected at checkout, most products from our website are sent directly to you from our UK supplier.  As a benefit of this we can offer a FREE 1-2 day delivery service on all orders placed before 1pm* and that are over £50.00.  Any orders placed after this cut off time will not get processed until the next working day.  Deliveries are only made during the working week Monday - Friday and are an all day time slot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Once your order is placed and we have processed it, you will receive a text message from our distribution company PJH which includes a link to arrange your delivery slot.  You must follow the instructions in the text message otherwise your order will not be delivered in time frame you may expect.

Any orders under £50.00 will be sent on a FREE 2-5 day delivery service.  There is no requirement to arrange a delivery slot for any orders under £50.00 as these will be sent via different courier.  

For security reasons we will only send your delivery to the registered card holder address unless a prior arrangement has been approved with our management.  

 Delivery Information

At the time of delivery, you must check all products for any sign of packaging or product damage and check the number of products delivered against the delivery note. You should report any damaged or missing products within 24hrs of delivery to our team on 0151 659 1113. We will also require proof of damage via photographs which you can send to our email address: sales@tapflowbathrooms.co.uk.

Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and where reasonably possible.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any damaged or missing products under delivery which are not reported within this time.

If you fail to take delivery or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions on the date agreed for delivery, then we reserve the right to charge you the subsequent delivery charges.

We recommend that you do not confirm the start date with your installer until you have received and checked your delivery. We will not accept liability for any additional costs that you incur while any product issues are resolved.

Click & Collect

Local customers can benefit from our click and collect service by collecting your order from our dispatch warehouse:

The Bathroom Warehouse, Store First, Stanney Mill Lane, Ellesmere Port, CH2 4HX.  We will notify you via telephone or email when your order is ready for collection.  If you would like us to deliver your items locally then please ask one of our team.  Charges may apply depending on your location.

Stock

We check our stock inventory twice a day to make sure our website is as accurate as possible.  All products on our website come directly from our UK supplier.  Should a purchased product become out of stock quicker than we can update our site, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or offer a full refund.
