Returns Process
We hope you are happy with your chosen products, however should you wish to return your order then please contact our customer services team via email: sales@tapflowbathrooms.co.uk or call us on: 0151 659 1113. Please do not return anything until you have spoken to one of our team.
We will need your order number in order to process a return. Any unwanted items or items that have been ordered in error must been un-opened, in the original packaging and in the condition you received them in. You may be required to arrange a suitable postal service for returning the item/s. There will be a 25% restocking fee for unwanted items.
Local customer can drop off or arrange a free collection (within a 10 mile radius):
Tapflow Bathrooms Ltd , Store First, Stanney Mill Lane, Ellesmere Port, Ch2 4HX.
If you are dropping off, please make sure you have spoken with one of our team before you arrive.
**Please note that any special orders or made to order items cannot be cancelled or returned**
30 Day Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the goods are dispatched or within 30 days of receiving them.
Please read the following T&C’s
- Unwanted items cannot be return after 30 days of receipt.
- Any unwanted items must been un-opened, in the original packaging and in the condition you received them in. You may be required to arrange a suitable postal service for returning the item/s.
- Any damaged items must be reported with photographic evidence within 24hrs of receiving your order. Please send all photos to sales@tapflowbathrooms.co.uk.
- Please include your invoice number and name in any correspondence.
- We will ask you a for proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
- If the returned products are deemed not faulty or have been misused then they will be returned to you and no refund or replacement will be authorised.
What if my products are faulty?
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product you must send us a photograph or video of the product. Failure to provide these will result in non replacement of the product. We will then contact you and advise on the best course of action. We will either ask for the product to be returned, or we will ask you to dispose of it. Please wait for authorisation from us to dispose of the product. Please include any correspondence in your return. We will refund any postage charge you incur as long as the postage method used is applicable to the product.
Why do we ask for photo evidence?
Any damaged items must be reported with photographic evidence within 24hrs of receiving your order. Please send all photos to sales@tapflowbathrooms.co.uk. Your photos or video are then sent to the manufactures involved so they can authorise the replacement. If the returned products are deemed not faulty or have been misused then they will be returned to you and no refund or replacement will be authorised.
Furniture
All furniture must be checked within 48hrs of delivery. Furniture is quite fragile in transit so please check the following.
- Any visible damage to furniture.
- Colour match. If more than one furniture piece is ordered, please check that the finished colour is the same on all pieces.
We will not accept furniture back once it has been installed.
